This investment follows Iterative Health recently closed $77million Series C led by Intrepid Growth Partners and Google Ventures, joined by new investors EDBI and a prominent family office, with participation from existing investors Insight Partners and Obvious Ventures.

The problem

Clinical trials are the critical bridge between scientific discovery and patient care - yet systematic failures mean nearly 90% of US trials miss enrolment timelines, and more than half of research sites enrol one r fewer patients per study. Every delay is a delay for patients whose outcomes depend on faster access to innovation.

The solution

Iterative Health has built a high-performing, multispecialty clinical research network that embeds research directly into clinical care. By combining centralised operations, expert staffing, proprietary AI, and deep trial expertise, the company places site success at the centre of trial execution. The results speak for themselves: 2x faster site activation and 3xhigher patient enrolment rates versus industry benchmarks.

Today, the network spans 100+ research sites across North America, Europe, India, and Australia, with partnerships across 40+pharmaceutical, biotech, and CRO organisations.

What's next

The Series C funding will support Iterative Health's expansion beyond gastroenterology and hepatology into cardiology and obesity, building on existing partnerships with GI Alliance, OneGI, and US Heart & Vascular. Iterative will continue its geographic growth.
